I saw at least 2 roaches while staying, and a spider in the bathroom. The large woman with poorly dyed red hair is very rude. Some of the front desk workers are very nice, though. There is no kitchenette or even a microwave in the room. Overpriced. do not recommend.

Booked a non-smoking room. My plane landed at midnight so I arrived here around about 1:00 a.m. Turns out their policy is non-smoking rooms are first come first serve, it's now 1:30 in the morning and I'm calling around to other hotels to see who has availability. It smells awful in here. Front desk said they might be able to transfer me to a non-smoking room tomorrow if I make the effort of contacting them around check out time, 11:00 a.m., so they can't even make sure to put me in a non-smoking room tomorrow if I have no other option but staying here. Despite the fact that I'm here already and clearly requesting one, I still have to reach out at their designated time to see if they even have one available. What's the point of even offering a non-smoking room when they definitely knew there weren't any available? Really misleading advertising. Definitely didn't specify that during booking. It's a good thing I don't have severe allergies or anything. For the smokers, they have ashtrays in the room ready for you.

This is a solid Motel 6. I’ve stayed at hundreds of Motel 6’s in my life and this is one of the more pleasant. It’s a utilitarian, straight to the point motel experience. Clean rooms. Clean towels. Excellent staff. We were greeted and checked in by a staff member named Shannon. She quickly checked us in with ease. Helped us find our room. Gave us some fresh extra towels. And set us up for a comfortable nights stay. There is also a charming little swimming pools which would be an excellent place to relax on those hot summer Oregon days. Unfortunately it was not in operation during our stay. It was filled with water and basically taunted me the entire stay to hop the fence and go for a dip. But I am an adult who respects the rules so I did not do that.

So location, great!

The front desk people were extremely nice.
The rooms were awful. I understand it's a budget hotel, but if the room is a non smoking room it should actually be a non smoking room.. they tried to give me another room , but it was more smokey than the first one.

Now all my clothes reek of cigarettes. And then they tell you oh it's a 24 hour cancellation policy so now I have to pay for awhile freaking night that i can't even use.

Yeah, the leave lights on and Charge you for rooms you can't use

If you're a smoker this is the place for you

They have come a long way over the last few years as far as overall experiences at the Motel. It's cleanlier, friendlier, more flexible, and they did away with the inconvenience of the cash deposit.

The staff were polite and friendly. The rooms were very basic. The location was noisy all night. The bed was lumpy and one of the sheets had a cigaret hole. It was not expensive, however, for literally a few dollars more you can find a nicer hotel.

My own experience at this place well anyone that says this place is acceptable for anything other than a cockroach is a liar this place is an exceptional dive and the people that work there are... Well just a special group of people let's say straight out the trailer. No wonder it's so cheap you get what you pay for I'll pray for you if you're staying here and don't mind the cockroaches just brush them off you..

The price was right. But there was a giant puddle the size of a lake in the parking lot. On two different sets of stairs, there were people sitting using drugs. One smoking and one injecting. That was all before I even went to my room. The woman who checked me in was very nice and helpful. But all night I tried to get ahold of the front desk, called and went down to the office multiple times between midnight and 6 am. Could not get ahold of anyone. Almost every corner of the outside of the building and stairs had urine puddles on them..... in the room, the beds had no blankets or bed spreads, just sheets.
