Our first time visiting with my teen who's seen many viral videos. We got there around 11:45a and there wasn't really a line yet but they were cranking out the food! It was still busy. Only took about 15 minutes total to order and get food. Definitely fresh and faster than expected. Look, it's chicken strips. They're good. It's fry sauce; it's fine. The fries and coleslaw are alright. Nothing is blowing me away here except maybe the very fluffy Texas toast. I get more flavor and wow and other chicken places but I can appreciate the obsession by some. Also, the teen agrees and we lean toward the hot chicken place. Won't go out of our way to go here again but if we happen to be around, it's a solid place to stop.

I have to give Raising Canes the plus on the chicken being HOT JUICY and FRESH! The mid fries were also super freshly made. As for this Canes sauce….. soooo overhyped, over salted, over peppered and just plain old underwhelming. But the honey mustard is so odd, tastes almost “chemically”…. If there is a line it’s not worth the time. If no one is there give it a shot. Great price.

This place was definitely busy, super long line. So much hype around it. So had to try it. The chicken was mediocre at best. There’s plenty of other chicken places for about the same price that have better chicken. Don’t fall for the Social Media hype about this place. Definitely more of a teen hangout spot. And the sauce, you could make it home better.

Super popular with the younger crowd. As a first timer the chicken sauce was good and the chicken fingers were cooked well, but kinda bland without the sauce. Coleslaw was good but fries were disappointing.
The Texas toast was good with the coleslaw.
Avoid the sandwich and get the box combo instead

Honestly, the food was good, however I have other chicken places in mind that are so so good!
Coleslaw was not tasty at all
Bread they served with the chicken was delicious

Chicken fingers were really good but again not the first place I’d come for chicken fingers (Thinking Dave’s)

No complaints.

First of all my wife and I had a little bit of a hard time finding this location, being from a rural area, we honestly did not even realize that this location was in a mall in downtown Portland, we were looking for a Raising Cains store front! (Our bad) Once found, we waited in line less than 30 seconds, and the gentleman that took our order was nothing less than great…. I thought he should be working somewhere like Disney Land… very high energy and exciting! We both ordered the 3 piece chicken finger meal, and when the customer service representative, aka the cashier, took our cups out of the holder behind the counter, they both spun in the air above his head…. separated perfectly….and without even a thought he had one cup in each hand and then on the counter! He truly seemed to take his job to a higher level than I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant! The prices were reasonable, the chicken was smaller than I had hoped for, but the flavor was amazing! By the way, while I was eating the chicken I realized that they do call them “chicken fingers”, after realizing that, the size didn’t matter as much! The French fries were salted perfectly, and the Texas Toast was ever so good! Their sweet tea is truly amazing! We both added a side of coleslaw which was what I would call, “so, so.” All and all I will definitely eat at this location again, and most likely won’t have any problems finding it!

All and all it was good.
Honestly

I Don't really understand the hype. The food is good, but Kfc and popeye's don't have nothing to worry about. Food not season, which may be nice for some. Overall cost$10.99 per person. For basic meal, comes with three chicken tinders , few fries and one slice of toast, plus small drink.

Be prepared to wait. The food was good, and the sauce was really good, but we stood in line for probably 20 minutes before we were able to order. Once ordered, we waited another 5-10 min. The last time we came through, we left because of the line. The only reason why we stayed is because my daughter wanted to try it. If you can wait, it's some of the better chicken I've had. They also have limited items on the menu, which makes getting the food out quicker than a place with a bunch of options. If you're thirsty, get the lemonade. All of the sodas were just soda water.
