Ich habe Anfang April an einem Schnupperkurs 'Resilienz in stürmischen Zeiten' teilgenommen. Es war meine erste Erfahrung mit LEGO Serious Play und obwohl ich vielleicht sogar etwas skeptisch war, ob man mit ein paar Dutzend kleinen Lego Steinchen etwas Interessantes über sich selbst und andere lernen und in Erfahrung bringen kann, bin ich nun nach dem Seminar vollends davon überzeugt, dass es sich um ein sehr spannendes und nützliches Tool handelt. Mir gefiel auch die ruhige, souveräne und konzentrierte Art und Weise, mit der die Coachin Annika das Seminar geleitet hat.

Annika Härtel hat letztes Jahr einen ganz phantastischen Lego Serious Play Workshop im Rahmen der New Work Women Night gehalten. Sie lebt & liebt die Methode Lego Serious Play! Mit großer Begeisterung & hohem Unterhaltungswert hat sie den Teilnehmerinnen die Grundlagen der Methode LSP nahe gebracht und zahlreiche Anwendungsbeispiele für innovative Personalarbeit vorgestellt. Ihr Workshop hat den Abend sehr bereichert und ist den Teilnehmerinnen noch lange in Erinnerung geblieben. Wir können Frau Härtel als Referentin uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

I was interested for a long time to participate in a Lego Serious Play workshop and I am very happy that I finally joined one with Lemontree Innovation.
In our case, we discussed what being resilient means for us, how resilient we see us right now in our professional or personal life. I learned this method is a great way to be creative, think with hands, create stories and then get new ideas building on the input of the rest. I liked that all the ideas/stories from everybody are heard, very easy to remember and follow, and we all got inspired from each other. Brilliant approach - the LEGO Group!
Annika Härtel was a great organiser and facilitator and we had lots of fun (and we were a group of strangers who did not know each other!). I also appreciated that she did it very well in our new normal, the virtual life! She sent us in advance the lego kit and we could follow it without a problem. I recommend Lemontree Innovation who is interested in this experience.
